November 2020 – Im Rahmen des Elektrifizierungskurses hat die REO AG ihre Stärken in der Produktion von induktiven, resistiven und elektronischen Komponenten gebündelt und konsequent weitergedacht. Die neugeschaffene Kampagnenwebseite www.emobility-reo.de bietet nun eine Anlaufstelle für verschiedenste Branchen und Hersteller aus dem Bereich der Elektromobilität. „Wir haben schon früh den Wandel im gesellschaftlichen Bewusstsein sowie das daraus resultierende industrielle Potenzial im Bereich der Elektromobilität erkannt. Mit unseren intelligenten und smarten Komponenten für nahezu jede Branche bieten wir heute ein weltweit einmaliges Produktportfolio,“ sagt Jennifer Baatz, Niederlassungsleitung Standort Kyritz der REO AG und fügt hinzu: „Jetzt geht es darum, dies zu kommunizieren und im Wettbewerb eine Führungsrolle zu übernehmen“. Entsprechend ist die neue E-Mobility-Webseite als digitales Zentrum in Bezug auf neue Antriebstechnologien zu verstehen. Sie zeigt die REO AG als ganzheitlichen Partner bei der Entwicklung, Produktion, Prüfung und Wartung von elektronischen Mobilitätslösungen. Die Schwerpunkte liegen dabei auf Komponenten für die Elektrifizierung des Antriebsstrangs und der E-Motor-Peripherie, Komponenten für die Ladesäulen, Wandladestationen beziehungsweise Wallboxen und auf Prüftechnik. Die E-Mobilität wird bei Nutzern und Herstellern oft auf die alltagstauglichen Mobilitätskonzepte reduziert. Vielen Produzenten fehlt die Idee oder das nötige technische Wissen, in welcher Form ihre Produkte mit teil- oder vollelektrischen Antrieben ausgestattet werden können. Die neue E-Mobility-Webseite zeigt daher umfänglich Wege und Möglichkeiten auf, um auch Branchen mit einem geringen Elektrifizierungsrad die neuen Technologien zugänglich zu machen. Hierzu zählen im Besonderen batteriebetriebene Antriebe und Wasserstoffantriebe für Busse, KRAD, LKW, schweren Maschinen, Schiffe und Flugzeuge. Darüber hinaus gibt die Webseite einen Ausblick auf die kommenden Technologien, wie bspw. eine zentrale Steuerung der Prüfeinrichtung außerhalb der direkten Prüfumgebung. Ziel ist es dem neuesten Stand der Technik nicht nur zu genügen, sondern diesen aktiv mitzugestalten. Die Elektrifizierung des Mobilitätssektors schreitet im neuen Jahrzehnt weiter voran. Sie lässt Studierende Theorie und Praxis in einer einmaligen Weise verbinden. Eines dieser Teams ist das DART Racing Team der TU Darmstadt, welches auf Komponenten der in Solingen sitzenden REO AG zurückgreift. Der Kontakt zu REO kam dabei von den Studierenden selbst: „ Mein Projekt ist die Entwicklung eines Prüfstandes für die Verifikation und Validierung von Komponenten. Auf der Suche nach geeigneten Bremswiderständen sind wir sehr früh auf die REO AG aufmerksam geworden, im Speziellen auf die Baureihe 156. Als Hersteller für induktive, resistive und elektronische Komponenten bietet die REO AG ein breites Produktportfolio, auf das die Studierenden nun zurückgreifen können. Die Anfrage der Studierenden passt dabei auch in die Philosophie des Familienunternehmens: „Bei dem DART Racing Team trafen wir auf junge, motivierte Menschen, die unsere Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für Technik teilen“, stellt Matthias Erdmann, Leiter Marketing fest und führt fort: „wir waren von der Idee daher sofort begeistert. Die Studenten entwerfen, konstruieren und bauen ihre Rennwagen in eigener Regie. Wir liefern die passenden Komponenten und leisten damit einen fundamentalen Beitrag, damit die angehenden Ingenieure in den für Mensch und Technik sehr anspruchsvollen Rennsituationen wichtige Erfahrungen sammeln können. “ Dabei stellen sich die Studierenden heute schon die wichtigen Fragen von morgen: worin liegt die Zukunft des Automobils? Sind effizientere Verbrennungsmotoren oder vollelektrische Antriebe sinnvoll? Wie gelingt sichereres autonomes fahren? Mit diesen Fragen sind die Studierenden nicht alleine. Auch die REO AG forscht und entwickelt Mobilitätskonzepte von Morgen. Ob durch Batterie oder Wasserstoff mit Energie versorgt: dem Elektromotor gehört die Zukunft. Der Einsatz der REO-Komponenten im Rennbetrieb liefert wichtige Erkenntnisse, die in die Produktentwicklung direkt einfließen. Gleichzeitig gilt die Formula Student Germany als ein wichtiger Treffpunkt für angehende Ingenieure. Eine ideale Möglichkeit die REO AG als Arbeitgeber kennen zu lernen. innovativen Regelanlage für Solarkollektoren. Mit einer spürbaren Portion Stolz berichten die beiden, durch das Heinrich Hertz – Berufskolleg in Düsseldorf frisch ausgezeichneten, staatlich geprüften Techniker: „Wir haben uns ganz bewusst dazu entschieden die Weiterbildung anzugehen, da sich dadurch eine breite berufliche Perspektive öffnet. Es war eine riesen Chance die einzelnen Techniken und Bereiche unserer Arbeit im Rahmen der Examensaufgabe zu einem Gesamtsystem zu verbinden.“ sagt Markus Rawiel und Christian Dors fügt an: „Wir sind dankbar, dass die REO AG uns die Chance gegeben hat unser Wissen im Bereich der Elektrotechnik vertiefen zu können. Das ganze Projekt war ein super Beispiel für interdisziplinäres Arbeiten.“ Unterstützung bekamen die beiden von ihrem Kollegen Marvin Grüten. Ziel des Projekts war die vollständige Entwicklung eines vernetzten MPPT Solarladereglers mit grafischem Benutzerinterface. Bei diesem System fangen mehrere Solarkollektoren Sonnenenergie ein und geben sie an einen Regler weiter. Der Regler lädt einen Akkumulator, welcher im Inselbetrieb, ein Mindestladezustand vorausgesetzt, jederzeit als Energiequelle für angeschlossene Systeme genutzt werden kann. Da bei Solarmodulen der optimale Betriebspunkt nicht konstant ist, sondern unter anderem von der Strahlungsstärke, der Temperatur am Solarmodul und schließlich vom Typ der Solarzellen abhängt, haben die Techniker ein MPPT (Maximum-Peak-Point-Tracking) verbaut. Unter MPPT versteht sich ein Verfahren, bei dem die elektrische Belastung der in Reihe geschalteten Solarmodule so adaptiert wird, dass den Solarzellen stets die größtmögliche Leistung entnommen werden kann. Die Energieausbeute steigt dabei signifikant und es können ohne Probleme verschiedenste Solarmodule kombiniert werden. In der Praxis ist dies häufig der Fall, wenn ältere Module mit neueren ergänzt werden. Das neuentwickelte System eignet sich sowohl für kleine Solaranlagen als auch für große Reihenschaltungen. Die zwei REO-Techniker haben hierfür ein eigenes Bussystem entwickeln müssen, welches mehrere Regler, verschiedene Sensoren und Aktoren verbindet. „Dies war eine der größten Herausforderungen“ erinnert sich ihr Kollege Marvin Grüten und führt fort: „ alle Mikrocontroller des Typs ATMega mussten wir selbst programmieren. Nur so konnten wir die korrekte Ausführung der Regelungsaufgaben und die Kommunikation zwischen den Busteilnehmern garantieren .“ In solch großen Anlagen dient ein selbst entwickeltes LC-Display als Anwenderschnittstelle und Zentrale. Die REO AG fördert die internen Weiterbildungen ihrer Mitarbeiter. In diesem Fall stellte das Unternehmen Material zur Verfügung und ermöglichte technische Hilfestellungen durch Fachabteilungen. Der staatlich geprüfte Techniker ist eine Weiterbildungsmaßnahme. Als Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme muss eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorliegen und zum Tag der Prüfung mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung nachgewiesen werden. Für den richtigen Start von der Schulbank ins Berufsleben hat die REO AG, mit Hauptsitz in Solingen, eine neue Informationsplattform gestartet. Auf der Webseite ausbildung.reo.de präsentieren sich die aktuellen Auszubildenden und geben durch Stories einen direkten Einblick in ihre Arbeitswelt und hinter die Kulissen. Die Themen und Texte stammen von den Auszubildenden selbst: sie handeln von eigenkonstruierten und -gebauten Brettspielen, über Solar-Helikopter bis hin zu Schaltplänen. Die REO AG wird auch in diesem Jahr mit einem mehr als 70qm großen Produktforum auf der Messe vertreten sein. Die Messebesucher werden zum ersten Mal die Möglichkeit haben den neuen REOVIB zu sehen. “Unsere wichtigste Produkteinführung im Jahr 2020 wird im globalen Wettbewerb die Führungsrolle in der modernen vernetzten Produktion übernehmen und den hohen Anforderungen der Kunden gerecht werden”, sagt Vorstandsvorsitzender Philip Twellsieck und fügt hinzu: “Ich freue mich an unserem Stand mit Kunden, Partnern und Interessenten ins Gespräch zu kommen.” Neben dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden Philip Twellsieck werden die beiden Vorstandskollegen André Kurzbach und Jörg Rohden den REOVIB MFS 368 vorstellen. Mit REO Digital Connect 4.0, einem Start-up von REO, das sich ausschließlich mit der Digitalisierung und Gerätekommunikation hinsichtlich der Industrie 4.0 beschäftigt, ist zusätzlich ein Tochterunternehmen der REO AG auf dem Messestand anzutreffen. Vorstandsmitglied Herr Jörg Rohden und Projektleiter Herr Cristoph Janz von REO Digital Connect 4.0 geben Einblicke in das Gebiet des IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) und in die Möglichkeiten einer effizienten und vernetzten Produktion. Außerdem stellt Vorstandsmitglied Frau Jasminka Usein mit Abteilungsleiter Herrn Thomas Stüttgen die modularen Anlagenkonzepte von Hochspannungs- und Hochstromversorgungen mit sinusförmigem Ausgang sowie luft- und wassergekühlten Widerstandslasten vor. Diese finden ihren Einsatz in Prüffeldern z.B. zur Prüfung von Bahnumrichtern. Ein weiteres Messe-Highlight ist die Vorstellung der neuen EDGE-Winding-Technologie. Diese zukunftsweisende Wickeltechnik ermöglicht durch den einlagigen Aufbau eine effizientere Kühlleistung, speziell bei forcierter Kühlung. Aufgrund der geringeren Wicklungskapazität ist die Hochkantwicklung besonders für den Einsatz von Siliziumkarbid (SiC) und Galliumnitrid (GaN) basierten Halbleitern geeignet. Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Technologien ist das Gewicht um bis zu 10% geringer, die Abmessungen kleiner und die Verlustleistung um bis zu 25% reduziert. Zum Thema Antriebstechnik stellen Vorstandsmitglied Herr Sven Reimann sowie die Produktionsstandortleiter/in Frau Jennifer Baatz (Kyritz) und Herr Wolfgang Senninger (Pfarrkirchen) während den Messetagen die konsequent verfolgte Produktphilosophie von REOunity im Detail vor. Unter REOunity versteht sich ein ganzheitlich kompatibles Systemkonzept, bei dem Einzelprodukte eine perfekt aufeinander abgestimmte Komplettlösung, alles um den Frequenzumrichter darstellen. In kompakter Bauform vereint er ein umfangreiches Einsatzspektrum mit einer breiten Palette an Sicherheitsmechanismen und Schnittstellen. Mit einer Spanne von 110 bis 230 Volt Eingangsspannung bei gleichbleibender 205 Volt Ausgangsspannung und einer umfänglichen Zertifizierung ist der neue REOVIB MFS 368 auf der ganzen Welt einsatzbereit. Wo früher mehrere Förderer im Einsatz waren, reicht nun ein REOVIB MFS 368. Die Förderperformance bleibt dank automatischer Regelung unabhängig vom Einsatzort, wechselnden mechanischen Belastungen oder Verschleiß von Federn immer konstant. Ein manuelles Einstellen oder Nachjustieren entfällt und ein sorgenfreier Dauerbetrieb ist möglich. Die Leistungsaufnahme und damit der Stromverbrauch des neuen Regelgerätes MFS 368 wurden signifikant reduziert, wodurch sich die Anschaffungskosten über die Jahre kompensieren. Ein weiterer wichtiger Beitrag zur ressourcen- und umweltschonenden Produktion aus dem Hause REO. Der REOVIB MFS 368 verfügt über ein aus allen Lagen gut ablesbares LCD-Display mit multilingualer Volltextanzeige. Durch die intuitive Bedienbarkeit fallen komplizierte Menüstrukturen oder fachspezifische Kenntnisse als Grundlage zur Bedienung weg. Dies erhöht im großen Maße die Betriebssicherheit und reduziert die Gefahr vor Zerstörung oder kostenintensiven Ausfällen. Generell war die Sicherheit der Komponenten und der gesamten Produktion eine der Grundlagen der Entwicklung. Daher ist es selbstverständlich, dass vom REOVIB MFS 368 EMV-Normen eingehalten werden und die optionale UL sowie CSA Zertifizierung gegeben sind. “Dass eine optionale Temperaturüberwachung der Magnete nochmals die Sicherheit der Anlage erhöht, ist ein weiterer der vielen Vorteile des Produkts“, erklärt Herr André Kurzbach, Vorstandsmitglied und Vertriebsleiter der REO AG und fügt hinzu: “die Magnete des Fördersystems werden im Betrieb kontrolliert, wodurch ein Überhitzen und eine mögliche teure Zerstörung der Fördereinheit vermieden wird.” Der REOVIB MFS 368 ist IIoT-Ready und passt daher schon jetzt zu moderner Kommunikationstechnik der Industrie 4.0. Auch wenn aktuell noch keine solche Technik beim Kunden eingesetzt werden sollte, garantieren die Schnittstellen eine sorgenfreie Integration ohne zusätzliche Kosten in der Zukunft. Darüber hinaus werden auch die von REO entwickelte Hard- & Software REONET DL (Devices-Link) und REONET CT (Configuration-Tool) unterstützt. Die Markteinführung ist für Anfang 2020 geplant. Das Produkt kann erstmalig auf der SPS 2019 am Stand der REO AG (Halle 4 – Stand 150) vom 26.11.2019 – 28.11.2019 besichtigt werden.
